The Importance of a Living Business Plan

I realized that the reward for having a commercially successful entity was pretty shallow. And so I started to think about different ways to be able to organize our business. We had created something called a living business plan, which we introduced 18 months ago. But it didn't work in terms of a thriving community because you can take those same ingredients, put them somewhere else and they just won't work. So I started to really think about the way that nature works,. You know, always bringing harmony and balance over time if it's left to its own devices.
