What Does Breathing Do?
Breathing can be a great technique. It can help kind of little bit activate the paro sympathetic nervo systm. If you've been practising breathing in those situations then it can be useful. But what breathing does, honestly, what it does is it just shifted your goal. And so this breathing becomes a transition into this new goal. I mean, that's what happens sometimes. Mean, sometimes people feel like your pay im a little acted right here. But once you get the goal set your yur, you will shift.
