Are the Flashers on When You Leave Them On? Is That a Mistake?
I would assume that law enforcement when they come up upon the vehicle one, they'd turn the flashers off. And that's probably when they noticed that the doors were unlocked before having it towed away. The thing that I think is interesting here though, is that the car is found unlocked. As an officer, I'm going to be concerned about finding these items in there. That's a completely different situation than what this situation will lead us to.
