I'm not exactly strong men involved either. But I do think that things have gone badly wrong in the 2000s. We've been very bad at reinvigorating the international institutions, which helped to create such an extraordinary world of 40 years, 50 years. People were surprised when Xi Jinping turned out to be unlike his father. It is quite surprising, because as I recall, his father was so badly treated that Xi Jinping's sister committed suicide. So it was amazing that Xi Jinping turned turns out to be somebody who wanted to go back to Mao.
