Swimming as fast as possible is about finding a balance and an equilibrium in between being efficient and powerful, but still not having to carry that much muscle with you. Just the bigger you are, the more energy you're going to you's going to burn. And so if you manage to be strong enough and lean enough, then you're good. So i think my genetics help me a little. Mother nature did help me alittle. But it's what we do in the gim, whar we do inthe water, ah, how we connect these things with nutrition and sleep and everything. Ecause there's not that many factors at the base of doing something very good. But
