What's the Difference Between a Video Call and Phone Call?
You go into the conversation being humble, not humiliated. You want to state your intention to be helpful. We often listen better when we're on the phone and just hearing somebody than were then when we're even face to face or on a video call. So as my children say to me, i'm the least hip person on the planet, but if an acronym helps you, it's hip. It's humble, helpful.
