How to Keep Track of Your Business

The first thing that I do with new private clients is we actually get this dashboard set up for them. The reason that that is helpful is because you can visually see what you have booked so far for the year. Another big thing is the percentage breakdown of our offer suite. So month over month, we can see how close we are or if we're a little bit off and how we might want to shift our strategy in order to accommodate.
