Who Can Use the Rare Resources That Are at Our Disposal?
There are only three potential options to consider in the question of who can use scarce resources that are at our disposal. The first solution is that, well, nobodyor or rather, everybody, can use these scarce resourcesight. This fails because what we want to find here is a universal ethicd a natur law ethic and applies for every man equally. And this fails in that if you have some masters taking the stuff from others, that's not equal rights for everyoneaita falls out.
