How to Calculate a Compound Annualized Growth Rate
In the US, I'll give you a quick example. You can test me here in Excel or your financial calculator if you want to do this. The value that's shown is 8.7%, 8.7%. And that is doing the method that I just described. Now there are different ways to calculate that to be fair, but it's pretty accurate to do it this way. All right, 3.42 trillion. So you can long form it out, write that out with all the zeros or just write 3.42. That little calculation will turn it into a compounded feature, okay? so that's how you do it.
