Metallica Files a Lawsuit Against Napster
In January, Napster so popular in university campuses that some have had to block it entirely. This is when Metallica files their lawsuit against Napster. Lars Ulrich says, we take our craft very seriously as do most artists. It is therefore sickening to know that our art is being traded like a commodity rather than the art that it is.
