Is Saturated Fat a Good Thing?

I have a couple really different genes that make me not respond super great to saturated fat so through watching my own data I've learned I feel much better actually on more like olive oil. My LDL cholesterol and APO B shoots up when I eat saturated fat and according to my genetics I also have we have these polygenic risk scores as you know where I elevate a risk for various types of cardiovascular risk disease heart disease and cardiomyopathy. There are certainly like heart issues have run on one side of my family so I'm aware of it thankfully my genes are pretty solid in most of the cardiovascular categories but I do keep an eye on it just for thatMy cholesterol is actually inversely correlated
