You Take It or Leave It

The holy spirit does not care whether or not you feel like the person with whom he's asked you to speak is a good fit for you. He will ask you to talk to perfect strangers and people that are mad at you. When we objectify people in relationships into systems of arbitrary priority, we can overlook what the spirit intends to do for others through us. But when we open ourselves to the direction of god, to know others and be known by others, regardless of our preferences or their status, we teach ourselves more and more every time to value and validate the age of god in every person.
