Women's Role in the World

Women have never had to make a choice between a career and a family before. I think that the number of different directions women can go in provides a lot of challenges but can be pretty inspiring because you now have generations of young girls growing up to do different things than their parents could have done. Supporting each other as they go through this challenge is important, especially given that women are now competing for status in career and education in ways that they haven't done before.
