Is There More Variability in Your Training?

If you feel like you're in a situation where you are needing to repeat weight, the exact same weights, for weeks on end, i would expect more variability than this. There should be some fluctuation up or down. If there's limited vary and performance, ind tat ave actually done the same weight three, four weeks in a row, usually that's a result of over shooting on some days and under shooting on other days. And so these fluctuations are naturally part of this process.
