The Importance of Resting in the Zone
A typical threshold session on the bike should be 60 to 70 minutes. On the run this could be 12 to 14, 15k of running. If you do it on the right intensity, you have a really good session. I think it's more important to have the time in the zone than it is to have less time but a higher intensity.
