How Much Does Book Fact Checking Cost?

Many people have asked me about book fact checking to the point where it was no longer sustainable for me to respond to all those emails. The thing I'm trying to impress on people is make time. Every other step of the process may be negotiable in how long something takes. Add a buffer. That's it. And also understand that some things can't be automated, right? Like you could edit your own podcast. You could. But if you want it done right, it costs money and that is the reality.
