China has a very low percentage of people living with HIV. It's much lower than the United States, but I think we often don't talk about China's public health victories after they happen. And one of the ones that never gets talked about is how well they did on HIV once they chose in 2003 to really focus. But there's a lot of finger pointing right now that is not warranted by our global collective failure.
