They're like, okay, these are the 15 movements you're doing and we want you to try to go heavy" He says he doesn't have time to finish a workout if he has business things going on at the same time. 'A lot of events you'll probably be really really good at though' Says his wife convinced him not to compete in this year's strong man show.
