How to Switch Off to Give a Better Work-Life Balance

I love my family to bits, I just think they're absolutely wonderful. Having children has been just a joy. But I kind of help who I am and the way I am wired up. My brain works faster than normal so it never really does switch off. It makes things very difficult for me to completely switch off. And when I come to the end of my time, I don't want to just be known for someone that's built loads of good businesses. I want to be known of being a really good dad. That's important to me and a good family person. They're just the way I think.
