For me it would be I'm always going to have some protein right like two or three servings of protein something like that at dinner some vegetables and then you know that's where especially with restaurants being a little bit flexible there. As long as you keep your portion sizes reasonable and you don't go overboard it usually works out pretty well so what about when you're cutting yeah I mean even then for me I don't track the first you know like lunch or breakfast anymore either but in that case it's still just based on portion sizes essentially.
