Paul was confident in their faith in Christ. Why? Because they were partakers of grace and they defended and they confirmed the gospel. In our day and age when there is no changing the gospel, but if we want to be real men, I've saved my life on these verses. My hunger to defend and confirm the gospel of Jesus Christ saved me. That's why I'm sure that when Jesus Christ said it's finished, he had me in mind because I've got a burning passion to do that.
