What Have You Learned From Your Students?
You teach creative writing at smith college. What have you learned from your students? Oh, that's a great question. I love teaching, i really do. And i think there's a, there's an immediacy to experience when we're younger. So much of what young people experience is mediated by another human mind. When a student manages to let go and to trust their mind and trust their imagination, it's a break through.
