Can China and the United States Cooperate in Space Technology?
The Chinese space station is going to be open for research. China has been locked out by the United States from the ISS and cooperation. Do you think that it's likely now that China has almost cashed up with this kind of technology that the US and China would conceivably be able to cooperate in space technology? I think certainly if cooperation is possible, that certainly would be beneficial.
