There are a lot in this kind of specialty retail consumer discretionary things that people just believe no one's going to spend on this stuff um And so that kind of stuff is getting very cheap. I mean even into the end of this year after avatar came out With theater stocks did not do well, which is interesting because It did okay like it it came in the bottom end of predictions probably but it's You know that kind of movie has never opened that incredible number and stuff.
