She parted ways with that boyfriend and finally got on a plane to Australia buying a one way ticket to Perth. She located herself in a wine region and just went about door knocking and cold calling to find herself a job. It was a really helpful experience and I think we all need those sucky-fused jobs to challenge our thinking. After a seven month stint working there she came home to New Zealand, ended up at the top of the South Island and has come and gone from New Zealand many times over the years but is based to South there or thereabouts ever since. Now it may not surprise you to hear that interest on her student loan just didn't factor into her decision making
