The Next Level of Scale Comes From

The big question for me is like, well that how know that the next level of scale comes from? How do you truly involve a broader community as owners and participants in these. There are tools being built to sort of push resources to the edges and let smaller groups of people allocate those resources more effectively. But i think where i see people getting hung up on dowsas thinkingtat iu needs to be fully distributed and horizontal from day one.
