Does California Have to Live Under Alabamas Laws?

There's been a lot happening in this country over the course of the country, and most of it is positive. We've expanded who votes to many more people. People forget, once upon a time senators were appointed. When you decide to let the voters elect senators, that's one step away from a pure strict republic. That's when it becomes the kind of politics we've had in this country now for several generations.
