Are There Any Key Philosophers That You're Focusing On?
Cadets are required to take a pretty extensive curriculum. Unlike some general education programs, there's one philosophy course that all cadets have to take. They learn about the structures of arguments and things to avoid when writing arguments. And then they do a big paper where they take what they've learned and they write a full blown philosophy paper on the ethics of something like the death penalty. The end block is the ethics of war, where they apply it to us bellam reasons for going after justice in post-war world.
