Raw Food
Humans, for our body size, have relatively small guts. Are smaller over all, compared to what we see now in chimpanzes and benobos. Our raw food eating cousins still have to rely on the bacteria that live in their colons to do that extra digestion for them. If rachel's right, then our diminished human guts are poorly adapted to living on uncooked food. To test this out, my wife and i decided to eat only raw food for a couple of weeks and see what happens. It turned out to be the last cooked meal i ate for a while.
