When he started doing the work on purpose, it wasn't really on the radar screen of at least rigorous scientific psychology or developmental science. Some people said, you're getting into an area there that's almost spiritual and this isn't the kind of thing that's ever going to fly with scientific journals. So I didn't really have, I didn't see it as a choice. I saw, you know, I better give this a shot because it's really the only thing that makes sense and I think I could do it.
