Villa would love Tyler Adam's to stay but he isn't fully fit at this stage. Real Betis are very keen on him and I don't see leads standing in the way of that if if it's presented to them they could lose Adams. Faka putting a lot of importance on combination of two midfielders assuming formation is the same as it was before.
