Trust as a Leader
When teams don't trust each other, every single inneraction is taxed. One of the best examples i've ever seen of how to do this as a leader is your story of harry giving you feedback for you not working out at the gem as often as you're asking coaches to do. When that happens, we have to distrust our natural reaction, which is, again, built into us, to defend ourselves. There's a vulnerability there. And instead of defending, protecting that weak spot, we do the opposite and lean into it - double and triple down on it.
