The Effect of Music on Social Signaling
I think it has an effect on people. I remember being a teenager, there was so much social signaling around which kind of bands you listen to or whatever. And then it kind of, it was divided the class quite a lot. Are you a worthy human or not? You know, do you like the right bands? Yeah, which clan are you and kind of thing as well? Like, it's sort of, it's a device that the whole thing socially. But then yeah, if you if you're listening to music while you're doing a homework or something or studying, then you do potentially have the cost of you might spend time just sitting and listening to music.
