How Did You Become More Interested in Astronomy?

I always had disinterested interest in, ah, what now might be called particle physics. But i until recently, they were y separate, so particle physics and astronomy did not have much of an overlap at all. I early on realized that i wasn't cut out for experimental work. Oi, alwas interested more in the concepts and the ideas than actually using my hand.
