integrity solutions surveyed more than 200 sales leaders. 84% said achievement drive, meaning passion, sense of mission about accomplishing goals, was equal or more important than product knowledge or skills. Only 26 % of the firms were very good developing that achievement drive. Those that were good at it enjoyed a 20 percent bump in sales productivity.
