George Gascon's No to a Rapist
George Gascon was invited to speak at the law school and this is in front of the law students at Stanford. And what were they angry about? That he he convicted a rapist, I guess. The rapist after being sent to prison, attorney came back and said, you have to read something the case because now Erica's Kathy or something of that nature. He was just no. Now I don't know if the no was to prevent a rapist from ending up in a women's prison or if the no had some legal specific legal foundation to it.
