How to Deal With a Bully
A bully is not really somebody who knows a great deal about how well you are doing at work. They will often try to bully because they're trying to bring down your performance. You've got to see their behavior for what it is and don't look for approval or validation from them. Don't hide away, keep silence, talk to the friend of the abuser - carry on carrying on with your work.
