The Triumph of John the Fearless

By May 1418 John the Fearless and his troops managed to take Paris. Some Armaniac supporters managed to flee, including the Dofan Chars. Those who didn't wish they had been much faster on their feet were massacred in scores. Estimated at somewhere between 550 and over 2000 of them were murdered by the Burgundians. The King was a bumbly idiot, more often than not so he deferred to John and the Queen anyway.
