The Affordable Care Act Exchanges Are Going to Stabilize

Sally Kohn: The CBO report says that the Affordable Care Act exchanges under Obamacare are going to stabilize. She says Donald Trump, at least should consider whether he can get a win for his core constituents with this bill. Kohn: Some House Republicans will have difficulty saying to some of their donors why it is they did not repeal this law and push through a massive tax cut.
