Dobs v Wade - Do You Think the Court Is Out of Step With Public Opinion?
The court has already overruled Roe v Wade twice. Do you think there's anything to the notion that once they go down the path of twice in rapid succession and maybe more times in matters that I'm not thinking of doing a significant reversal of themselves? Or do they have the view that if they've done it once or twice, they shouldn't make a habit of it.? Does any of that make sense?
