This is a much more complicated topic than a lot of organizations realize and then form a comprehensive equity strategy that doesn't stop it at recruiting. When you look at your employee survey data, make sure that you look at it through an intersectional lens. Trust experts. It does not have to be me, but you don't have to reinvent the wheel.
