Fly Tipping
Fly tipping is a problem right across the u k, especially things like fly tipping. It's one of those problems which just will not go away and which authorities are finding it really difficult to tackle. There are initiatives in north hamptonshire and hartford shire where they've established sort of proceeds of of crime funds that farmers and land owners can tap into. The question is why shouldn't this be rolled out more widely? Why should farmers have to clear up other people's mess issues? I mean, presumably, the on going ag inflation, crazy input prices, crazy output Prices was top of everyone's mind as well.
