Body cam footage shows two Hertfordshire officers attending Kelly's home. One of them is a specially trained domestic abuse response officer. When police attend the domestic incident, they fill in a risk assessment called a dash. After speaking to Kelly, one of the officers writes that she is very frightened of Stephen Gayne,. That her partner is excessively jealous, and that Kelly is feeling suicidal. She denies there's been an assault. He's been shouting. Is that correct?
