I've been in with teams many times where that let's say there's a team of seven or eight people and only three people are having the majority of the airtime. Now we can intervene a bit like a facilitator would by inviting the voice of the person who's quiet or we can pause the team and ask them to notice the pattern of interactionNotice who's speaking and who's not speaking as an experiment so we have different choice points of how we can coach that competency. When we bring in a divergent idea often that original idea which may have had some real value just gets lost exactly.
