Everywhere i go i have some form of piece of paper with me. The whole thing is that i'm reinforcing this habit of off loading information from my brain into something that i can go back to later. It creates lots of promps, automental book marks for taking action. And there's just something about the physical act of writing it down that becomes tangible, objective and real.
