The Role of Cortisol in Neuropathy
From my experience, most of the IgM neuropathy's have small monoclonal proteins, 0.5 to 1.0. And typically those patients, hemoglobin is normal, they have no other manifestations. So they're really not behaving like a malignancy. If I can treat them with pre-gabalin or gabapentin, I'll do it if it doesn't bother me because the treatment is not very effective.
