The Mutton Mutable Rule Book

The book has been out for about six months. How are you finding this used and applied? I can imagine that this would be great for a team to do a book club exercise. So add the entire team, read it and then discuss it and figure out what people's takeaways are. And so I tried to, it can be used at an individual level.
