The Fed's Annual Bank Stress Tests

The Fed just announced the results of its annual bank stress tests. Peter Navarrette: There were a number of red flags, especially in commercial real estate and credit cards. The banking system is currently on life support from FDIC to FHL loans but also $1.5 trillion slush fund known as FHL Bailouts. He says even if these stress tests are not enough, at best we'll see more failed regionals gobbled up by privileged survivors.
