Cabinet ministers last for much less time than their senior civil servants. The senior civil servants have in effect a job for life. Cabinet ministers could lose their cabinet post very quickly. Most do. And anyway, could lose their seat. I mean, Rob, if he had not gone over the bullying saga, could well have lost his seat in the next election. I now suspect you won't even stand. When you have been forced out with these bullying claims around you, it's very hard to come back.
