Brain Trusts - A Zone of Safety, Right?

Pixa was a high, very high talent density company. Because of that level of trust and that high talent density, they rarely just ignored the feeback and actually acted on it. Yokam reported that brain trusts for king, for technology and art, were absolutely fine but for de design anda product, it was very political. And i would echo this from my experience from from things lik wuga and other publishers,. Brain Trust for products inevitably included executives, included heads of studios, included game leads from other projects. So this really was no longer a safe space. It was just an executive hoop. It was te greenline.
